A Father's Mission

Have you ever been in a place where you felt really frustrated about your body and it seemed like you were stuck & trapped in the way you looked?... Then the stress comes on along with the anxiety and then you feel overwhelmed because you let yourself go and don't know how to get back to a weight that's respectable?


You love your family and you will do anything for them, but the days get longer, you lose more sleep and have less energy, and the stress just piles on and on leaving less time for yourself...


Me too. I remember letting myself go after my first child. This was me at my worst- a whopping 240 lbs. (pictured here above on the left on Halloween 2015). It didn’t hit me that I had lost control of how my body looked until I saw this picture…


There were times I was working 18+ hour days while training clients, watching a baby, and performing all of my other responsibilities of adulthood. It was so frustrating because I knew I could achieve more for myself and that there had to be a better way to balance my life.


Even more frustrating was that as I helped my clients with their problems of overcoming their physical and mental limitations, and helped them reach their goals, my body was falling into worse shape! I was getting them great results but then this crazy thing started happening…

I was becoming ENVIOUS of them. And that is not right. As a Coach, I knew I had to do something different right then and there or I wasn’t fit to be their Trainer. I had ENOUGH of looking and feeling the way I did. I knew that I had to make a change…




Your story may be similar to mine. You may have struggled with your weight, lost some of your strength and athletic ability, and have zero time to workout. You may think it is impossible to improve your body while spending quality time with your family in a day that gives you little time for yourself.


And because of that I have created something that I don't believe you can ignore today.
