“For the past 4 years, I have been training with Ryan Collins twice weekly. Ryan has been by far the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. With his guidance and personal coaching, I ran my 10th marathon in October of 2016. At 62 years of age, I’m probably one of his oldest clients, however I enjoy working out with him. I find that having a personal trainer holds me accountable. Ryan is realistic in the goals he helps me set. We plan a long range goal (usually a marathon) and then break it down into the steps that I need to do over the course of the year. In the past, I have struggled with post marathon training blues. Ryan has made sure I have new goals such as core training, working on my upper body while I rest my legs from 100+ miles per month. I look forward to our sessions. I personally know some of his clients. We range in age from 20’s to 70’s. Ryan is very likable, honest and an extremely hard worker.
