About Me
Coach: Ryan Collins
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University in December 2009. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition since 2014. I am also a Certified Online Trainer through the Online Trainer Academy since 2017. I have over 17 years+ of personal training experience, which has given me a great deal of exposure to working with clients ranging from beginners to professional athletes. As a former powerlifter, I once set the 165 lbs. weight-class bench press record in the state of Arkansas.
I've had the opportunity to serve as a performance coach for Perform Fit where I worked with athletes from the Ravens, Orioles, and surrounding college universities. I also once served as the lead author for a scientific research study at Salisbury University. After working in the industry and getting to know the ropes, I decided to follow my passion and launch Dads Who Lift, the exercise and nutrition coaching program specifically designed to help busy Dads collapse time on their journey to bigger arms and a slimmer waist. I've helped hundreds of clients in my career and I still love the process to this day.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my wife Jenna and 2 boys, Jude and Ellis, and 2 girls, Tristan and Adley, working out with heavy weights, listening to music, going hiking, the beach, traveling, and watching Arkansas Razorbacks college sports.
