Coach: Ryan Collins
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University in December 2009. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. I am also a Certified Online Trainer through the Online Trainer Academy. I have over 13 years of personal training experience, which has given me a great deal of exposure working with clients ranging from beginners to professional athletes. As a former power lifter, I once set the 165 lbs. weight-class bench press record in the state of Arkansas.
I've had the opportunity to serve as a performance coach for Perform Fit where I worked with athletes from the Ravens, Orioles, and surrounding college universities. I also once served as the lead author for a scientific research study at Salisbury University.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my wife Jenna and 2 sons, Jude and Ellis, working out with heavy weights, listening to music (anything with a banjo), going on runs and long walks with my dog Clyde, and watching Arkansas Razorbacks football.
